Objectives:

• ESR’s should receive training and have adequate resources to complete their PhD.
• ESR’s to gain training in multiple techniques available within the network.
• Expose ESR’s to different research environments (academic and non-academic)
• Successfully complete secondments, attend network-wide workshops and participate in innovation triangles and network outreach activities.
• Evaluate and approve ESR personal Career Development Plan (CDP) and monitor ESR progress and conduct annual appraisals.
